【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女,52歲,反復(fù)出現(xiàn)左食指指甲中線縱行裂口3年。患者3年來,每年1月左食指指甲根中線處出現(xiàn)一小裂縫,無任何不適,于10月份自行緩解至正常。患者既往體健,否認(rèn)外傷史,否認(rèn)服用藥物史,否認(rèn)有家族遺傳病史及類似疾病史。體檢:一般情況良好,系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。實驗室檢查:血、尿常規(guī)正常,生化全套正常,真菌鏡檢陰性。皮膚科情況:左食指指甲正中線一縱行裂隙,邊緣峻峭,裂
[Abstract]:A 52-year-old patient with clinical data presented with a longitudinal fracture of the middle line of the left index finger for 3 years. For three years, a small crack appeared at the center of the left index finger nail root in January of each year, without any discomfort, and eased to normal in October. The patient had a history of physical health, a history of trauma, a history of medication, a family history of hereditary disease and a history of similar diseases.
