【摘要】：背景： 尖銳濕疣(CA)是一種常見的性傳播疾病之一,近年來發(fā)病率不斷上升,再加上其能誘發(fā)宮頸癌、鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞癌等惡性腫瘤,故日益受到人們的重視。目前臨床上治療尖銳濕疣的中藥外用藥物很多,但大都作用機(jī)制不明。優(yōu)可洛是我科近年來治療尖銳濕疣使用的中藥提取物外用藥,療效顯著,本課題將從細(xì)胞生物學(xué)方面對優(yōu)可洛的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行探討。 方法： 采用免疫組化SP法檢測優(yōu)可治療前后17例女性尖銳濕疣患者的皮損局部的Mcm2和Caspase-3的表達(dá)情況,并用TUNEL法檢測治療前后表皮細(xì)胞的凋亡情況。應(yīng)用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件分析。 結(jié)果： 17例女性尖銳濕疣患者治療前局部皮損的細(xì)胞增殖指數(shù)為55.35±14.41,治療后局部皮損的細(xì)胞增殖指數(shù)為16.06±14.10,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(z=-3.623aP0.01)；治療前Caspase-3的表達(dá)為6.12±2.93,治療后Caspase-3的表達(dá)為9.59±6.84,差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(t=2.368,P0.05)；治療前TUNEL檢測的細(xì)胞凋亡指數(shù)為18.12±9.77,治療后為27.82±15.19,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(z=-1.967aP0.05)。 結(jié)論： 優(yōu)可洛的作用機(jī)制,可能是通過抑制表皮細(xì)胞增殖,促進(jìn)細(xì)胞凋亡而發(fā)揮作用的。
[Abstract]:Background: condyloma acuminatum (CA) is one of the most common sexually transmitted diseases. At present, there are a lot of external drugs for treating condyloma acuminatum, but the mechanism of most of them is unclear. Yucoluo is a traditional Chinese medicine extract used in recent years to treat condyloma acuminatum, the curative effect is remarkable, this subject will discuss the action mechanism of Yucolu from the aspect of cell biology. Methods: the expression of Mcm2 and Caspase-3 in the lesions of 17 female condyloma acuminatum patients before and after treatment were detected by immunohistochemical SP method, and the apoptosis of epidermal cells was detected by Tunel method. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to analyze. Results: the proliferative index of local skin lesions was 55.35 鹵14.41 in 17 female patients with condyloma acuminatum before treatment, and 16.06 鹵14.10 in local lesions after treatment. The expression of Caspase-3 was 6.12 鹵2.93 before treatment and 9.59 鹵6.84 after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (t 2.368 P 0.05), and the apoptotic index was 18.12 鹵9.77 before treatment and 27.82 鹵15.19 after treatment (z-1.967aP0.05). Conclusion: the mechanism of euconolol may play a role by inhibiting the proliferation of epidermal cells and promoting cell apoptosis.
