【摘要】：正患者,男,57歲,因左顳部腫塊伴瘙癢30余年,破潰5月余于2015年5月26日就診于我科門診。30年前患者左顳部無明顯原因出現(xiàn)一米粒大小淡黃色斑塊,表面光滑,伴瘙癢,未重視,隨著時(shí)間推移,斑塊漸增大,形成一條狀腫塊,疣狀表面。1余年前瘙癢加重,5個(gè)月前皮損局部破潰、出血,經(jīng)久不愈,遂來我科就診。
[Abstract]:The patient, male, 57 years old, because of the left temporal lump with itching for more than 30 years, broke over 5 months after 5 months in May 26, 2015 in our department of clinic.30 years ago, the left temporal region had no obvious cause of one meter size pale yellow plaque, smooth surface, itching, and no attention. As time went on, the plaque gradually increased, formed a lump, and the verrucous surface was.1 for the rest of the year. Pruritus aggravated, 5 months ago, local skin ulceration, bleeding, prolonged illness, then came to my department for treatment.
