【摘要】：目的為了解某醫(yī)科大學生面部蠕形螨的感染狀況,探討蠕形螨感染的危險因素。方法以某醫(yī)科大學的641名在校大學生為調查對象,采用透明膠帶法收集樣本,并進行鏡檢。同時,采用自行設計的問卷調查,醊2檢驗等方法分析蠕形螨感染的相關因素。結果受檢學生641人,檢出感染人體蠕形螨74人,感染率11.5%,其中男生感染率為9.7%(26/269),女生感染率為12.9%(48/372),差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.206);2011級學生的檢出率為14.8%(37/250),2012級學生的檢出率為9.5%(37/391),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P=0.039);油性或混合性膚質者感染率為13.1%比干性或中性皮膚者感染率(6.1%)高(P=0.026);感染者的感染度以輕度(1~5條)為主,占95.9%(71/74),1人最多檢出14條蠕形螨。結論該校的蠕形螨感染率偏低。隨集體宿舍生活時間的增加,感染率上升;偏油性膚質者比偏干性膚質者更容易發(fā)生感染。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the infection status of Demodex in a medical college student, and to explore the risk factors of Demodex infection. Methods 641 college students in a medical university were investigated by transparent tape method and examined by microscope. At the same time, the self designed questionnaire survey and 2 test were used to analyze the infection of Demodex. The results showed that 74 people were infected with Demodex, and the infection rate was 11.5%, among which the infection rate of boys was 9.7% (26/269), the rate of female infection was 12.9% (48/372), the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.206), the detection rate of class 2011 was 14.8% (37/250), and the detection rate of grade 2012 students was 9.5% (37/391), the difference was statistically significant (P=). (P= 0.039): the infection rate of oily or mixed skin was 13.1% more than that of dry or neutral skin (6.1%) (P=0.026); the infection degree of the infected person was mild (1~5), accounting for 95.9% (71/74), and 1 people detected 14 Demodex at most. Conclusion the rate of Demodex infection was low. People with sexual skin are more prone to infection than those with dry skin.
