【摘要】：正 患者男,36歲。因鼻尖部出現(xiàn)贅生物2年,于2007年12月來我院就診�；颊�2年前不明原因鼻部出現(xiàn)一丘疹,逐漸增大,擦破易出血,未予診治。患者自述發(fā)病前局部無任何感染,皮損未見有自行消退現(xiàn)象,否認有外傷史,家族成員中無類似疾病史。體格檢查:一般情況好,系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。皮膚科檢查:鼻
[Abstract]:The patient is 36 years old. Due to 2 years of neoplasms at the tip of the nose, we came to our hospital in December 2007. A papules appeared in the unexplained nose 2 years ago, gradually enlarged, easily bleeding, untreated.
