【摘要】：正 患者男,36歲。因鼻尖部出現(xiàn)贅生物2年,于2007年12月來我院就診。患者2年前不明原因鼻部出現(xiàn)一丘疹,逐漸增大,擦破易出血,未予診治。患者自述發(fā)病前局部無任何感染,皮損未見有自行消退現(xiàn)象,否認有外傷史,家族成員中無類似疾病史。體格檢查:一般情況好,系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。皮膚科檢查:鼻
[Abstract]:The patient is 36 years old. Due to 2 years of neoplasms at the tip of the nose, we came to our hospital in December 2007. A papules appeared in the unexplained nose 2 years ago, gradually enlarged, easily bleeding, untreated. The patient reported that there was no local infection, no spontaneous regression of skin lesions, no history of trauma, and no history of similar diseases in the family members.
