【摘要】： 目的： 評價糖皮質類固醇激素對帶狀皰疹急性疼痛、局部水腫及皮損的治療效果,為帶狀皰疹治療中合理應用糖皮質類固醇激素提供一定的指導作用。 方法： 選取邵逸夫醫(yī)院皮膚科2008至2009期間收治入院的帶狀皰疹48例,所有患者均接受相同的抗病毒和止痛及營養(yǎng)神經(jīng)治療。選取其中24例在治療過程中使用糖皮質類固醇激素的患者作為糖皮質類固醇激素應用組,24例在治療過程中未使用糖皮質類固醇激素的患者作為對照組。觀察糖皮質類固醇激素應用組中局部腫脹消退情況,分析兩組患者疼痛緩解及水皰干涸結痂所需天數(shù)是否有顯著性差異,以評價糖皮質類固醇激素在帶狀皰疹治療中的療效。 結果： 糖皮質類固醇激素應用組患者疼痛緩解及水皰干涸結痂所需時間明顯縮短,與對照組相比有統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05),糖皮質類固醇激素應用組中的病例局部腫脹迅速消退。 結論： 在帶狀皰疹的治療中,合理應用中等劑量糖皮質類固醇激素可有效緩解病人急性疼痛和局部腫脹,加速皮損結痂愈合。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the therapeutic effect of glucocorticoid on acute pain, local edema and lesions of herpes zoster, and to provide guidance for the rational use of glucocorticoid in herpes zoster treatment. Methods: 48 patients with herpes zoster admitted from 2008 to 2009 in Dermatology Department of Shaw Hospital were treated with the same antiviral and analgesic and nutritional nerve therapy. Twenty-four patients who were treated with glucocorticoid were selected as the control group and 24 patients who did not use glucocorticoid during the course of treatment were selected as the control group. To evaluate the curative effect of glucocorticoid on herpes zoster, we observed the local swelling and subsided in the glucocorticoid treatment group, and analyzed whether there was significant difference between the two groups in pain relief and blisters drying up scabbing, in order to evaluate the curative effect of glucocorticoid on herpes zoster. Results: in the glucocorticoid treatment group, the time of pain relief and blister drying up scab was significantly shortened. Compared with the control group, there was a statistical difference (P0.05), glucocorticoid treatment group in the case of local swelling quickly dissipated. Conclusion: in the treatment of herpes zoster, moderate dose of glucocorticoid can effectively relieve the acute pain and local swelling and accelerate the healing of scab.
