【摘要】：報(bào)告1例慢性結(jié)節(jié)性耳輪軟骨皮炎�；颊吣�,62歲。右耳輪結(jié)節(jié)伴壓痛1年余。皮膚科檢查:右耳輪上緣一約黃豆大暗紅色圓形結(jié)節(jié),上覆少量粘著性灰白色鱗屑,觸痛明顯。皮損組織病理檢查:表皮角化過(guò)度伴角化不全,棘層增生肥厚,真皮淺層小血管周?chē)^多淋巴細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn),下方真皮膠原纖維纖維蛋白樣壞死,可見(jiàn)黏液沉積,其下方軟骨陷窩減少,可見(jiàn)鈣化。診斷:慢性結(jié)節(jié)性耳輪軟骨皮炎。
[Abstract]:A case of chronic nodular otidrodermatitis was reported. The patient was 62 years old. Right ear ring nodule with tenderness for more than 1 year. Dermatology examination: a large dark red round node on the upper edge of the right ear wheel, covered with a small amount of sticky grayish white scales, obvious tenderness. Histopathological examination of skin lesions: keratosis of epidermis with hypokeratosis, hypertrophy of spinous layer, infiltration of lymphocytes around small vessels in superficial dermis, fibrinoid necrosis of collagen in lower dermis, deposition of mucus. The inferior cartilage lacunae decreased and calcification was observed. Diagnosis: chronic nodular otidrodermatitis.
