【摘要】：目的:觀察白駁2號方聯(lián)合自體表皮移植手術(shù)治療白癜風療效評估及其對IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17的影響。方法:60例穩(wěn)定期白癜風患者,隨機分為兩組,治療組先采用自體表皮移植手術(shù),再內(nèi)服白駁2號方(共3個療程),對照組(B)僅采用自體表皮移植手術(shù)治療;治療組患者抽取治療前后空腹血檢測細胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平;隨機選取健康人男女各15例作為對照組(A),抽取空腹血檢測細胞因子IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平。觀察治療組患者與對照組(A)細胞因子的變化以及白癜風患者治療前后細胞因子水平的變化。結(jié)果:治療組治療前外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平高于對照組(A),差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);治療組治療后外周血中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平明顯降低,與治療前比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01);治療組治療后與對照組(A)比較,IFN-γ和IL-17水平仍高于對照組(A),差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),IL-4水平恢復正常,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:白駁2號方聯(lián)合自體表皮移植手術(shù)對白癜風治療有確切療效,其作用機理可能是通過降低白癜風患者血中IFN-γ、IL-4和IL-17水平來實現(xiàn)的。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the effect evaluation of white barge 2 combined with autologous epidermal grafting in the treatment of vitiligo and its effect on IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17. Methods: 60 patients with regular vitiligo were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was first treated with autologous epidermal grafting, and then the white barge 2 (a total of 3 courses of treatment), and the control group (B) used only autologous epidermis transplantation. The patients in the treatment group were treated with fasting blood test of cytokine IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17 level before and after treatment, and 15 healthy men and women were randomly selected as the control group (A), and the cytokines IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17 were detected by fasting blood. The changes of cytokines in the treatment group and the treatment group (A) and the treatment of vitiligo patients before treatment were observed. Results: the level of IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (A) before treatment (P0.01). The level of IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment, and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P0.01); the treatment group was treated with the control group (the control group). A) compared, the level of IFN- gamma and IL-17 was still higher than that of the control group (A), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05), the level of IL-4 was restored to normal, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: white barge 2 Fang Lianhe autologous epidermal grafting has a definite effect on the treatment of vitiligo. The mechanism may be by reducing the blood IFN- gamma, IL-4 and IL- in the blood of vitiligo patients. The 17 level is achieved.
