【摘要】：國內(nèi)越來越多的臨床醫(yī)師正在采用更昔洛韋治療帶狀皰疹,但更昔洛韋的藥理研究和臨床報道均缺乏足夠的證據(jù),且并未被列入帶狀皰疹臨床建議或指南,同時還有增加巨細胞病毒對其耐藥的風(fēng)險,弊大于利,不宜推廣應(yīng)用于治療帶狀皰疹。
[Abstract]:More and more clinicians in China are using ganciclovir for the treatment of herpes zoster, but there is insufficient evidence in pharmacological studies and clinical reports of ganciclovir and is not included in the clinical recommendations or guidelines for herpes zoster. At the same time, it also increases the risk of cytomegalovirus drug resistance, more harm than good, should not be used in the treatment of herpes zoster.
