【摘要】：目的了解浙江省桐鄉(xiāng)市近年來(lái)梅毒及淋病發(fā)病趨勢(shì),為制定有效的防制對(duì)策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)桐鄉(xiāng)市2010-2016年梅毒和淋病疫情報(bào)告資料進(jìn)行描述性流行病學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 2010-2016年桐鄉(xiāng)市梅毒發(fā)病率從2010年88.34/10萬(wàn),下降到2016年42.51/10萬(wàn),總體呈下降趨勢(shì),梅毒分期中以隱性梅毒為主,Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期梅毒報(bào)告發(fā)病率呈下降趨勢(shì),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);淋病報(bào)告發(fā)病率從2010年61.83/10萬(wàn),上升到2016年98.16/10萬(wàn),總體呈上升趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論近幾年來(lái),淋病已成為桐鄉(xiāng)市發(fā)病率最高的性傳播疾病,梅毒發(fā)病率雖有下降趨勢(shì),但仍處于高發(fā)水平,提示性病防治應(yīng)全方位開展。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the incidence trend of syphilis and gonorrhea in Tongxiang City of Zhejiang Province in recent years and to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control measures. Methods the epidemic data of syphilis and gonorrhea from 2010 to 2016 in Tongxiang City were analyzed by descriptive epidemiology. Results from 2010 to 2016, the incidence of syphilis in Tongxiang City decreased from 88.34 / 100 million in 2010 to 4251 / 100 000 in 2016.
