【摘要】：目的:探討凋亡相關蛋白Livin和Caspase-3在皮膚癌前期病變—日光性角化病發(fā)病機制中的作用及其相互關系。方法:應用免疫組織化學方法檢測36例日光性角化病組織、16例正常人曝光部位和18例正常人非曝光部位皮膚組織和30例皮膚鱗狀細胞癌中Livin和Caspase-3表達情況。結果:Livin蛋白在免疫組織化學中陽性著色位于細胞胞漿,其日光性角化病組、皮膚鱗癌組、正常曝光組和正常非曝光組的陽性表達率分別為61.11%、86.67%、12.50%和11.11%。Caspase-3蛋白免疫組織化學中陽性著色位于細胞胞漿,其日光性角化病組、皮膚鱗癌組、正常曝光組和正常非曝光組的陽性表達率分別為52.78%、36.67%、87.50%和83.33%。結論:在正常皮膚組織、日光性角化病、皮膚鱗狀細胞癌中Livin的表達率及表達強度呈現增高趨勢,Caspase-3的表達率及表達強度呈現降低趨勢,統(tǒng)計學分析提示二者在各組樣本之間的表達存在負相關性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the role and relationship of apoptosis-related proteins Livin and Caspase-3 in the pathogenesis of skin precancerous lesions-sunlight keratosis. Methods: the expression of Livin and Caspase-3 in skin tissues of 36 cases of sunburn keratosis and 18 cases of unexposed skin tissues and 30 cases of squamous cell carcinoma of skin were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results the positive staining of the protein was located in the cytoplasm, the sunburn keratosis group and the skin squamous cell carcinoma group. The positive expression rates of normal exposure group and normal non-exposure group were 61.1166.67% and 12.50%, respectively. The positive staining of 11.11%.Caspase-3 protein in cytoplasm was found in the cytoplasm of normal exposure group and normal non-exposure group. The positive expression rates of normal exposure group and normal non-exposure group were 52.78% and 36.67%, 87.50% and 83.33%, respectively. Conclusion: the expression rate and intensity of Livin in normal skin tissue, sunburn keratosis and squamous cell carcinoma of skin showed an increasing trend. The expression rate and intensity of Caspase-3 showed a decreasing trend. Statistical analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between the two groups.
