【摘要】：目的:總結(jié)、分析化妝品皮膚病的臨床特點(diǎn)和引起化妝品皮膚病的化妝品類(lèi)型。 方法:對(duì)926例化妝品皮膚病進(jìn)行了臨床分析,對(duì)患者進(jìn)行可疑化妝品斑貼試驗(yàn)。 結(jié)果:化妝品皮膚病臨床表現(xiàn)主要為接觸性皮炎(90.28%),其次是色素沉著(3.78%)、痤瘡樣損害(3.24% )、光感性皮炎(2.16%)、接觸性蕁麻疹(0.54%)�？梢芍虏』瘖y品種類(lèi)2019種,以護(hù)膚品為主(92%),926例患者中斑貼試驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性者359例,陽(yáng)性率38.77%。 結(jié)論:化妝品皮膚病的發(fā)生原因是多方面的:(1)化妝品的普遍使用;(2)化妝品質(zhì)量低劣、微生物污染、有毒物質(zhì)含量超標(biāo)、化工原料的毒性刺激、違規(guī)添加藥品、產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)交待不清;(3)對(duì)化妝品的類(lèi)型選擇和使用不當(dāng),出現(xiàn)不適時(shí)未及時(shí)停用化妝品并到正規(guī)醫(yī)院就診。所以對(duì)化妝品不良反應(yīng)的防治和化妝品的衛(wèi)生管理應(yīng)注重致敏物質(zhì)的監(jiān)測(cè),為了進(jìn)一步探討引起不良反應(yīng)的化妝品成分,建議做仿歐標(biāo)準(zhǔn)抗原的斑試。預(yù)防化妝品皮膚病,需要與化妝品有關(guān)的企業(yè)、研究院所、銷(xiāo)售和消費(fèi)者以及皮膚科醫(yī)生的共同努力。加強(qiáng)對(duì)消費(fèi)者進(jìn)行有關(guān)化妝品皮膚病知識(shí)的宣傳,建立一個(gè)完整的化妝品皮膚病監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize and analyze the clinical characteristics of cosmetic dermatosis and the types of cosmetics. Methods: 926 cases of cosmetic dermatosis were analyzed. Results: the main clinical manifestations of cosmetic dermatosis were contact dermatitis 90.28m, pigmentation 3.78%, acne lesion 3.24%, photogenic dermatitis 2.16%, contact urticaria 0.54g. There were 2019 kinds of suspected pathogenic cosmetics, of which 359 cases were positive in patch test, and the positive rate was 38.77% in 926 cases of skin care products. Conclusion: the cause of cosmetic dermatosis is the common use of cosmetics in many aspects, such as poor quality, microbial pollution, excessive toxic substance content, toxic stimulation of chemical raw materials, illegal addition of drugs, etc. The product description is not clear about the choice and use of cosmetics, and it is not timely to stop cosmetics and go to the regular hospital. Therefore, the prevention and treatment of adverse reactions of cosmetics and hygiene management of cosmetics should pay attention to the monitoring of sensitizing substances. In order to further explore the components of cosmetics causing adverse reactions, it is suggested to do spot tests imitating European standard antigens. The prevention of cosmetic dermatosis requires the joint efforts of cosmetic companies, research institutes, sales and consumers, and dermatologists. Strengthen the promotion of cosmetics dermatology knowledge to consumers, and establish a complete cosmetic dermatology monitoring system.
