【摘要】：研究目的： 應(yīng)用射頻治療儀(Radio Frequency)進(jìn)行面部皮膚年輕化治療的療效評(píng)估 研究方法： 選擇2010.1至2010.4月間浙江大學(xué)附屬第二醫(yī)院皮膚科門(mén)診15例患者。年齡介于20至60歲之間,均具有以下適應(yīng)征：面部皮膚松弛明顯(額紋深,眼周細(xì)紋多或深,鼻唇溝深等)、面部肥胖(雙頰、下頜脂肪較肥厚),下瞼水腫(假性眼袋)。使用以色列Alma公司生產(chǎn)的Accent(?)深藍(lán)射頻治療儀進(jìn)行面部治療,每隔7-14天進(jìn)行一次治療,一個(gè)療程結(jié)束后(3次治療)后1周,就治療結(jié)果進(jìn)行評(píng)估。 研究結(jié)果： 15例患者中,12例患者得到顯著療效,3例有效,0例無(wú)效。有效率達(dá)100%。治療后大多數(shù)患者額部、眼周細(xì)紋、鼻唇溝明顯變淺,下瞼水腫、雙頰松弛獲得改善15例病人治療前平均評(píng)分為5.88±5.97分,治療后平均評(píng)分為3.23±2.15分,治療前后差異有顯著統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.005)。治療過(guò)程中及治療后患者未提示明顯不適,其中10例患者訴皮膚膚質(zhì)明顯好轉(zhuǎn)。治療結(jié)果可以明顯發(fā)現(xiàn)對(duì)于40歲以上患者取得明顯療效�，F(xiàn)15例患者均繼續(xù)接受隨訪,進(jìn)行長(zhǎng)期療效評(píng)估及觀察有無(wú)不良反應(yīng)。 結(jié)論： 本研究提示應(yīng)用射頻治療儀進(jìn)行面部松弛、皮膚年輕化治療是一種有效、安全的技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objectives of the study: Evaluation of the curative effect of facial skin rejuvenation with radio frequency therapy instrument Research methods: A total of 15 patients were selected from the dermatology department of the second affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University from 2010.1 to 2010. Between 20 and 60 years of age, all of them had the following characteristics of adaptation: the skin of the face was obviously flabby (deep forehead lines, more or deeper lines around the eyes, deep nasolabial sulcus, etc.), the face was obese (cheek, lower eyelid edema, lower eyelid edema). The results of treatment can be found to be effective for patients over 40 years of age. All 15 patients were followed up for long-term evaluation and adverse reactions. Conclusion: This study suggests that the application of radiofrequency apparatus for facial relaxation and skin rejuvenation is an effective and safe technique.
