【摘要】：目的研究光動力聯(lián)合尤靖安治療方案對多發(fā)性尖銳濕疣患者治療依從性及治療效果的影響。方法將2011年1月~2013年8月該院收治的100例多發(fā)性尖銳濕疣患者納入研究,根據(jù)治療方法不同分為給予光動力聯(lián)合尤靖安外陰包皮下或陰唇內(nèi)側(cè)黏膜下注射的觀察組和給予光動力聯(lián)合尤靖安肌肉注射的對照組,比較兩組患者的治愈情況、復(fù)發(fā)情況、免疫球蛋白水平以及治療依從性。結(jié)果觀察組一次治愈率(60%)、總治療率(94%)、免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA和IgM水平(22.4±5.4)、4.3±1.2)和(2.2±0.6)g/L、完成全程治療、按時完成治療、治療期間禁止性生活、定期復(fù)查(92%、98%、96%和94%)均明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論光動力聯(lián)合尤靖安外陰包皮下或陰唇內(nèi)側(cè)黏膜下注射有助于改善治療效果、增強免疫功能、提高治療依從性,是治療多發(fā)性尖銳濕疣的理想方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of photodynamic therapy combined with Youjing'an regimen on compliance and therapeutic effect in patients with multiple condyloma acuminatum.Methods from January 2011 to August 2013, 100 patients with multiple condyloma acuminatum were included in the study.According to the different treatment methods, the patients were divided into two groups: the observation group treated with photodynamic therapy combined with the submucosal injection of the vulva or the medial labial mucosa, and the control group treated with the photodynamic therapy combined with the intramuscular injection of Youjing'an. The cure and recurrence of the patients in the two groups were compared.Immunoglobulin level and therapeutic compliance.Results in the observation group, the cure rate was 60%, the total treatment rate was 994%, the levels of IgGG IgA and IgM in the observation group were 22. 4 鹵5. 4 鹵4. 3 鹵1. 2) and 2. 2 鹵0. 6 g / L respectively. The whole treatment was completed on time, the sexual life was forbidden during the treatment, and the regular reexamination of 929896% and 94% were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0. 05).Conclusion the combination of photodynamic therapy and submucosal injection of vulva or medial labia is an ideal method for the treatment of multiple condyloma acuminatum.
