【摘要】：目的:采用化妝品系列變應(yīng)原聯(lián)合中國(guó)篩查系列中的5種化妝品變應(yīng)原對(duì)89例來(lái)自蘇州地區(qū)的疑診化妝品變應(yīng)性接觸性皮炎患者進(jìn)行斑貼試驗(yàn),調(diào)查蘇州地區(qū)常見(jiàn)化妝品變應(yīng)原種類(lèi),為化妝品過(guò)敏提供流行病學(xué)資料和臨床依據(jù)。 方法:對(duì)蘇州地區(qū)門(mén)診疑診化妝品變應(yīng)性接觸性皮炎的89例患者進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,同時(shí)采用化妝品系列變應(yīng)原聯(lián)合中國(guó)篩查系列中的5種化妝品變應(yīng)原對(duì)此89例患者進(jìn)行斑貼試驗(yàn),按國(guó)際接觸性皮炎研究組推薦標(biāo)準(zhǔn)判讀結(jié)果。 結(jié)果:來(lái)自蘇州地區(qū)的89例患者進(jìn)行了49種化妝品系列變應(yīng)原及5種中國(guó)篩查系列化妝品變應(yīng)原的斑貼試驗(yàn),61例對(duì)一種或一種以上化妝品變應(yīng)原過(guò)敏,陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)率68.5%。其中陽(yáng)性率較高的香料33.7%,防腐劑30.3%,對(duì)苯二胺25.8%,阿莫醇10.1%。 結(jié)論:香料,防腐劑,染發(fā)劑中的對(duì)苯二胺,乳化劑中的阿莫醇等是蘇州地區(qū)化妝品變應(yīng)性接觸性皮炎患者的主要致敏原。
[Abstract]:Objective: to apply cosmetic allergens and 5 kinds of cosmetic allergens in the series of Chinese screening to 89 patients with suspected allergic contact dermatitis of cosmetics from Suzhou area.To investigate the common cosmetic allergens in Suzhou, and to provide epidemiological data and clinical basis for cosmetics allergy.Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted in 89 patients with suspected cosmetic allergic contact dermatitis in Suzhou outpatient clinic.At the same time, 89 patients were tested with cosmetic allergens combined with 5 kinds of cosmetic allergens in the series of Chinese screening. The results were interpreted according to the standard recommended by the International contact Dermatitis Research Group.Results: 89 patients from Suzhou area were tested by patch test of 49 kinds of cosmetics series allergens and 5 kinds of Chinese screening series cosmetics allergens. 61 cases were allergic to one or more cosmetics allergens, the positive reaction rate was 68.5%.Among them, the higher positive rate was 33.7am, the preservative 30.3am, the para-phenylenediamine 25.8am, the ambrol 10.1%.Conclusion: spices, preservatives, p-phenylenediamine in hair dye and amohol in emulsifier are the main allergens in allergic contact dermatitis of cosmetics in Suzhou area.
