【摘要】：正淋巴管畸形(lymphatic malformation)舊稱淋巴管瘤,但它并非腫瘤,而是一種少見的淋巴系統(tǒng)先天畸形。臨床上分為大囊腫性、微囊腫性和混合性淋巴管畸形,現(xiàn)將我院近期診治的2例患者報(bào)告如下。例1.男,20歲。因右頸肩部疣狀丘皰疹10年,于2013年12月3日就診�；颊�10余年前無明顯誘因于右頸部出現(xiàn)數(shù)個(gè)綠豆大丘疹及水皰,水皰不易破潰,無明顯瘙癢或疼痛,未予重視,皮損逐漸增多,近2年來累及右肩部,皮損呈條帶狀分布。既往史、家族史無特殊。體格檢查:各系統(tǒng)檢查無異常。皮膚科檢查:頸部及右側(cè)肩
[Abstract]:Lymphatic malformation is formerly called lymphangioma, but it is not a tumor, but a rare congenital malformation of the lymphatic system.Two cases of large cysts, microcysts and mixed lymphatic malformations are reported as follows.Example 1.The man is 20 years old.Due to herpes verrucosa on right neck and shoulder for 10 years, it was treated on December 3, 2013.More than 10 years ago, the patients had no obvious inducement in the right neck to appear several mung bean papules and blisters, blisters not easy to break, no obvious pruritus or pain, no attention, skin lesions increased gradually, in the last two years involving the right shoulder, the skin lesions showed a strip distribution.Past history, family history has no special.Physical examination: there is no abnormal examination in every system.Dermatology examination: neck and right shoulder
