【摘要】：正5%早期梅毒疹發(fā)生于生殖器以外~([1]),常見(jiàn)于唇部、口腔黏膜和肛周,發(fā)生于乳頭的早期梅毒疹較少見(jiàn),若不伴有淋巴結(jié)炎,極易被誤診或忽略,本科診治1例,現(xiàn)報(bào)告如下。1病歷摘要患者女,44歲。因左乳頭糜爛、滲液1個(gè)月余,于2015年11月25日就診于我科�；颊�1個(gè)月前無(wú)明顯誘因左側(cè)乳頭皮膚糜爛,表面少量滲液,無(wú)臭味,無(wú)明顯自覺(jué)癥狀,無(wú)水皰及潰瘍等。外院診斷為濕疹,外用抗生素軟膏后滲液減少,皮損結(jié)痂。否認(rèn)外陰破潰史。
[Abstract]:5% of early syphilis occurred outside the genitals ([1]). It was common in lip, oral mucosa and perianal. Early syphilis occurred in nipple is rare. If not associated with lymphadenitis, it is easy to be misdiagnosed or neglected.The report is as follows: 1. The patient is 44 years old.Due to erosion of the left nipple, exudate for more than one month, in November 25, 2015 in my department.There was no obvious inducement of skin erosion on the left nipple before 1 month, little exudation on the surface, no odor, no obvious symptoms, no blister and ulceration.External hospital diagnosed eczema, antibiotic ointment after the reduction of exudation, skin scab.To deny the history of vulva rupture.
