【摘要】：目的:觀察Q開關(guān)紫翠寶石激光治療皮膚色素性疾病的臨床療效與不良反應(yīng)。方法:選取我院2014年12月至2016年10月收治的131例色素增加性皮膚病(包括雀斑、脂溢性角化、太田痣、藍(lán)黑文身、褐青色痣)患者,其中雀斑54例,脂溢性角化35例,太田痣27例,文身9例,顴部褐青色痣6例,均予以Q開關(guān)翠綠寶石激光(755nm波長)治療,歸納總結(jié)其臨床治療效果,分別對(duì)各組患者性別、就診年齡、病程、治療次數(shù)進(jìn)行回顧分析。對(duì)比每次治療前后的變化以及首次治療前和末次治療后3個(gè)月的變化,每次治療間隔約1~3個(gè)月,每位患者均隨訪3~6個(gè)月,并記錄炎癥后色素沉著等不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:本組患者不同病種除褐青色痣之外治療總有效率均在75%以上,褐青色痣治療總有效率為33.33%;其中雀斑痊愈率88.90%,有效率98.10%,脂溢性角化痊愈率85.71%,有效率94.28%,太田痣痊愈率66.67%,有效率88.90%,文身痊愈率55.56%,有效率77.78%,顴部褐青色痣痊愈率16.67%,有效率33.33%。本研究131例患者的治療次數(shù)分布在1~8次之間,其中太田痣患者組平均治療次數(shù)最多,為6.52±1.28次;其次是文身患者組,為6.33±1.58次,顴部褐青色痣組5.83±1.60,脂溢性角化組2.97±0.95,雀斑組2.57±0.54,經(jīng)隨訪調(diào)查有19例患者治療后出現(xiàn)炎癥后色沉,大多數(shù)炎癥后色沉約半年后消退,所有患者治療中及療程結(jié)束后均無出現(xiàn)感染病例,所有患者均無出現(xiàn)疤痕病例。其中不同疾病患者痊愈率和有效率之間差異經(jīng)卡方檢驗(yàn)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=22.658,P0.05;χ2=29.780,P0.05)。結(jié)論:Q開關(guān)紫翠寶石激光對(duì)雀斑、脂溢性角化、太田痣、文身、治療效果好,對(duì)顴部褐青色痣有一定療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Q-switched Alexandrite laser in the treatment of skin pigmented diseases. Methods: 131 cases of pigmented increased dermatosis (including freckles seborrheic keratosis) from December 2014 to October 2016 were selected. There were 54 cases of freckles, 35 cases of seborrheic keratosis, 27 cases of Ota nevus, 9 cases of tattoo and 6 cases of zygomatic nevus. All patients were treated with Q-switched emerald laser at 755 nm. The results of clinical treatment were summarized, and the sex, age, course and times of treatment were analyzed retrospectively, and the changes before and after the first treatment and 3 months after the last treatment were compared. The interval of treatment was about 1 ~ 3 months, and each patient was followed up for 3 ~ 6 months, and the adverse reactions such as pigmentation after inflammation were recorded. The total effective rate of treatment of nevus was 33.33. The cure rate of freckles was 88.90, the effective rate was 98.10, the cure rate of seborrheic keratosis was 85.71, the effective rate was 94.2828.1, the cure rate of nevus of Ota was 66.67, the effective rate was 88.90, the cure rate of tattoo was 55.56, the effective rate was 77.788.The cure rate of zygomatic nevus was 16.677.67. The treatment frequency of 131 patients in this study ranged from 1 to 8 times. The average times of treatment were 6.52 鹵1.28 in nevus of Ota group, 6.33 鹵1.58 in tattoo group, 5.83 鹵1.60 in zygomatic brown blue nevus group, 2.97 鹵0.95 in seborrheic keratosis group and 2.57 鹵0.54 in freckle group. Most of the patients disappeared after inflammation after about half a year, and no infection occurred in all patients during treatment and after the course of treatment. There were no scar cases in all the patients. The difference of recovery rate and effective rate among the patients with different diseases was statistically significant by chi-square test (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ (22.658) P _ (0.05); 蠂 ~ (2 +) ~ (29. 780) P ~ (0.05)). Conclusion the effect of the Twi-Q switch purple ruby laser on freckles, seborrheic keratosis, nevus of Ota, tattoo, etc. The treatment effect is good, has certain curative effect to the zygomatic part brown blue nevus.
