【摘要】：目的:研究可溶性E-選擇素在多形日光疹患者血清中的表達水平及其臨床意義,探討多形日光疹的發(fā)病機制。方法:收集2013年3月至2014年10月在青海大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院皮膚科門診和住院確診的30例多形日光疹患者血清和同期在青海大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院體檢中心的30例健康對照組血清,應(yīng)用雙抗體夾心酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA),分別測定實驗組和對照組血清中可溶性E-選擇素的表達。通用PASI評分法評估實驗組多形日光疹患者的皮損面積及病情嚴重程度,并觀察其與多形日光疹患者血清中可溶性E-選擇素表達水平的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:(1)多形日光疹患者血清中可溶性E-選擇素的表達水平為27.59±8.52,明顯高于健康對照組21.38±7.93,具有顯著性差異(t=2.921,P0.01)。(2)多形日光疹患者皮損面積及嚴重程度PASI評分(4.16±1.03)與其血清中可溶性E-選擇素之間的線性相關(guān)分析表明,兩者無顯著相關(guān)性(r=0.331,P0.05)。結(jié)論:可溶性E-選擇素在多形日光疹患者血清中的表達水平顯著升高,可能參與了多形日光疹的發(fā)病機制,但與患者皮損面積及疾病的嚴重程度(PASI評分)無顯著相關(guān)性,尚不能作為反映該病病情嚴重程度的敏感指標。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the expression of soluble E- selectin in the serum of patients with polymorphic sunlight rash and its clinical significance. To explore the pathogenesis of polymorphic solar rash. Methods: 30 patients with polymorphic sunlight rash were collected from March 2013 to October 2014 in the Department of Dermatology, Qinghai University affiliated Hospital and 30 patients with polymorphic sunlight rash in the same period in the affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University. The serum of 30 healthy controls in the physical examination center, The expression of soluble E- selectin in serum of experimental group and control group was determined by double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). The area of skin lesion and the severity of the disease were evaluated by universal PASI score. The expression level of soluble Eselectin in the serum of the patients with polymorphic solar rash was 27.59 鹵8.52, which was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group (21.38 鹵7.93), and the expression level of soluble Eselectin in the serum of the patients with polymorphic sunlight rash was 27.59 鹵8.52, which was significantly higher than that of the healthy control group (21.38 鹵7.93). A significant difference was found between the area and severity of skin lesions in patients with polymorphic solar rash (2.921) and the PASI score of 4.16 鹵1.03), and the linear correlation analysis between the area and severity of lesions and soluble E- selectin in serum. Conclusion: the expression of soluble E- selectin in serum of patients with polymorphic sunlight rash is significantly increased, which may be involved in the pathogenesis of polymorphic sunlight rash. However, there was no significant correlation with the area of skin lesion and the severity of the disease (PASI score), which could not be used as a sensitive index to reflect the severity of the disease.
