【摘要】：目的：通過亞甲藍(lán)肛周封閉與苦參湯熏洗兩種方法對濕熱下注型肛周濕疹的治療,對其療效及治愈后復(fù)發(fā)情況進(jìn)行對比觀察。 方法：共納入符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的濕熱下注型肛周濕疹病例55例,隨機(jī)分為治療組28例,給予亞甲藍(lán)肛周封閉方法治療。對照組27例,予以苦參湯熏洗治療。療程2周,2周后進(jìn)行療效評估,并對治愈的患者進(jìn)行6個(gè)月隨訪,了解其復(fù)發(fā)情況。 結(jié)果：治療組28例完成試驗(yàn),臨床治愈17例(60.7%),顯效6例(2].3%),有效3例(10.9%),無效2例(7.1%),總有效率92.9%。對照組27例完成試驗(yàn),臨床治愈10例(37.1%),顯效6例(22.2%),有效6例(22.2%),無效5例(18.5%),總有效率81.5%。經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)P0.05(P=0.049),說明兩組藥物對于濕熱下注型肛周濕疹的療效影響,治療組優(yōu)于對照組。 結(jié)論：用亞甲藍(lán)肛周封閉的方法優(yōu)于對照組苦參湯熏洗治療。表明亞甲藍(lán)肛周封閉的治療方法操作簡便,療效顯著,值得臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to treat perianal eczema by methylene blue perianal closure and fumigation of Sophora flavescens decoction. Methods: a total of 55 patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and control group (n = 27). The curative effect was evaluated after 2 weeks of treatment and the cured patients were followed up for 6 months to find out the relapse. Results: in the treatment group, 28 cases completed the test, 17 cases were clinically cured and 60.7% were cured, 6 cases were effective, 3 cases were effective, 3 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 92.92.The control group (n = 27) completed the test. 10 cases were cured with 37. 1%, 6 cases were effective, 6 cases were effective, 6 cases were effective, 6 cases were effective, 5 cases were not effective, the total effective rate was 81.5%. The results of rank sum test showed that the effect of the two groups on eczema of anus was superior to that of the control group (P < 0. 05), which was superior to that of the control group (P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05, P < 0. 05). Conclusion: the method of methylene blue perianal closure is superior to that of the control group in fumigation and washing, which indicates that the treatment method of methylene blue perianal closure is simple and effective, and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
