【摘要】：銀屑病性關(guān)節(jié)炎是一種與銀屑病相關(guān)的炎癥關(guān)節(jié)病,該疾病病程持續(xù)時間長,不易根治,終末期可導(dǎo)致受損部位骨骼的僵直、變形,使生活質(zhì)量大大降低。該病的發(fā)病機制尚不清楚,診斷較為復(fù)雜,需要與多種疾病相鑒別。近年來,一些新的藥物尤其是新型生物制劑的使用對該病的治療取得了一定的臨床效果。本文就目前對銀屑病性關(guān)節(jié)炎的研究現(xiàn)狀作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Psoriatic arthritis is an inflammatory arthropathy associated with psoriasis. The course of the disease is long and difficult to cure. The quality of life is greatly reduced. The pathogenesis of the disease is not clear, the diagnosis is more complicated, and it needs to be distinguished from many diseases. The use of some new drugs, especially new biological agents, has achieved certain clinical results in the treatment of the disease. This article reviews the current research status of psoriatic arthritis.
