色素性紫癜性皮膚病患者血清單胺氧化酶的測定及意義

【摘要】:目的探討單胺氧化酶(MAO,5-羥色胺代謝限速酶)在色素性紫癜性皮膚病中的作用。方法選擇確診的色素性紫癜性皮膚病患者36例(觀察組)及40例正常人(對照組),采用連續(xù)監(jiān)測法測定MAO并進(jìn)行治療前后與正常對照組比較。結(jié)果色素性紫癜性皮膚病患者治療前血清MAO含量高于對照組(P0.05),患者治療痊愈后血清MAO含量與對照組差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療前血清MAO含量高于治療痊愈后血清MAO含量(P0.05)。結(jié)論 MAO可能參與了色素性紫癜性皮膚病的發(fā)病過程。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the role of monoamine oxidase (MAOX) 5-hydroxytryptamine metabolic rate-limiting enzyme in dermatosis of purpura purpura. Methods 36 patients (observation group) and 40 normal persons (control group) were selected. Results the serum MAO level of patients with pigmented purpura dermatosis before and after treatment was higher than that of control group (P 0.05). The serum MAO content of patients after treatment was lower than that of control group. The serum MAO level was higher before treatment than that after cure. Conclusion MAO may be involved in the pathogenesis of purpura dermatosis.
