【摘要】：目的探討肝X受體β(liver X receptorβ,LXRβ)在皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌(cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma,cSCC)中的表達(dá)及其意義。方法采用PCR array、Western blot檢測(cè)LXRs在角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞(keratinocyte,KC)和皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌A431細(xì)胞系中的表達(dá),并采用免疫組化Envision法檢測(cè)LXRβ在52例日光性角化病(actinic keratosis,AK)、40例鮑溫病(Bowen’s disease,BD)、60例cSCC中的表達(dá),分析LXRβ表達(dá)與患者臨床參數(shù)之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果與KC比較,A431細(xì)胞中LXRα、LXRβ的mRNA和蛋白水平均升高,以LXRβ升高尤為顯著。免疫組化染色結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)LXRβ在AK、BD、cSCC中表達(dá)逐漸升高,以cSCC升高最明顯,其表達(dá)與腫瘤分化程度、瘤體大小、浸潤(rùn)深度相關(guān)(P0.05),與年齡、性別、發(fā)病部位無(wú)關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論 LXRβ在鱗狀細(xì)胞癌細(xì)胞和組織中表達(dá)均升高,且與腫瘤的增殖、分化相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of liver X receptor 尾 receptor 尾 receptor 尾 (LXR 尾) in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). Methods the expression of LXRs in keratinocyte keratinocyte KC1 and squamous cell carcinoma A431 cell line was detected by PCR blot. Immunohistochemical Envision method was used to detect the expression of LXR 尾 in 60 cases of cSCC of 40 cases of Bowenia disease, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of LXR 尾 and the clinical parameters. Results compared with KC, the mRNA and protein levels of LXR 偽 LXR 尾 in KC cells were higher than those in KC cells. The expression of LXR 尾 was increased gradually, especially in cSCC. The expression of LXR 尾 was correlated with tumor differentiation, tumor size, depth of invasion, age and sex. Conclusion the expression of LXR 尾 in squamous cell carcinoma cells and tissues is increased, which is related to the proliferation and differentiation of the tumor.
