【摘要】：帶狀皰疹是水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒侵犯局部神經(jīng)和皮膚,導(dǎo)致沿身體單側(cè)體表神經(jīng)分布的相應(yīng)皮膚出現(xiàn)帶狀成簇水泡,并伴明顯神經(jīng)痛。在美國帶狀皰疹發(fā)病率為3.2/1 000～4.2/1 000人年,發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與年齡、水痘-帶狀皰疹病毒感染史、水痘疫苗免疫史、免疫功能降低和其他疾病有關(guān)。目前國內(nèi)研究主要是關(guān)于帶狀皰疹病例治療的臨床報(bào)道�，F(xiàn)就國外帶狀皰疹的流行病學(xué)研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Herpes zoster is a varicella-zoster virus that invades the local nerves and skin, resulting in clusters of blisters in the skin that distribute along the body's surface nerves, with obvious neuralgia. In the United States, the incidence of herpes zoster is 3.2 / 1 000 / 4.2 / 1 000 person-years. Risk and age, history of varicella-zoster virus infection, vaccination against varicella vaccine, Immune function decline is related to other diseases. At present, the domestic research is mainly about the clinical report of herpes zoster case treatment. This paper reviews the epidemiological research progress of herpes zoster in foreign countries.
