【摘要】：患者女,6歲。自出生起全身出現(xiàn)線狀和漩渦狀痣樣色素沉著、局限性掌跖角化。軀干斑疹組織病理示:角化過度,棘層輕度增生,基底層色素增加,未見明顯色素失禁,真皮淺層血管周圍散在稀疏淋巴細胞浸潤。心臟彩超示:左室稍大,二尖瓣輕度返流。診斷為線狀和漩渦狀痣樣過度黑素沉著病伴局限性掌跖角化病。
[Abstract]:The patient was 6 years old, with linear and swirl nevus pigmentation and localized palmar metatarsal keratosis. Histopathology of the trunk showed hyperkeratosis, slight hyperplasia of spinous layer, increased basal pigmentation, and no obvious pigment incontinence. The left ventricle was slightly larger and the mitral valve regurgitated slightly. The diagnosis was linear and swirl nevus hypermelanosis with local palmoplantar keratosis.
