【摘要】：目的觀察308nm準(zhǔn)分子激光治療不同類型和分期的白癜風(fēng)的臨床療效。方法對(duì)入選的150例白癜風(fēng)患者的364處皮損進(jìn)行局部照射,2次/周,12次為1個(gè)療程,治療結(jié)束后觀察療效和分析其影響因素。結(jié)果有效率為95.60%(348/364),顯效率為65.66%(239/364)。Fitzpatrick皮膚分型、最小紅斑量、病情分期對(duì)療效無影響,其組間療效比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。≤14歲組患者的有效率97.83%,較14歲組(94.25%)的臨床療效好,局限型、散發(fā)型和節(jié)段型組間療效比較的差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05),肢端型的療效最差,外生殖器部位皮損的療效最好,有效率為100%,依次是面頸部、軀干及四肢和皮膚皺褶部位,肢端部位皮損的療效最差。患者耐受性均較好。結(jié)論 308nm準(zhǔn)分子激光治療白癜風(fēng)起效快,不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of 308 nm excimer laser on different types and stages of vitiligo. After the treatment, we observed the curative effect and analyzed the influencing factors. Results the effective rate was 95.60,348 / 364g, and the effective rate was 65.660.364n.Fitzpatrick 's skin type, minimum erythema volume, stage of the disease had no effect on the curative effect.
