【摘要】：正1臨床資料例1女,52歲。右小腿紅斑、潰瘍、壞死8個月,加重1個月。8個月前,無明顯誘因患者的右小腿伸側(cè)出現(xiàn)一指甲大紅斑,其上有膿皰,擠壓后紅斑增大,出現(xiàn)潰瘍,見膿性滲出液,T37.3℃~37.8℃。不規(guī)律予地塞米松靜滴,偶有好轉(zhuǎn)。1個月前,原潰瘍增大,膿性滲出液增多,疼痛加劇,T 38.5℃~39.3℃。既往史:潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎2年。體檢:系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常。
