【摘要】：目的探討長期持續(xù)不臥床腹膜透(continuous-ambulatory-peritoneal dialysis,CAPD)患者血漿C-反應(yīng)蛋白(C-reactive-protein,簡稱CRP)水平與營養(yǎng)狀況的關(guān)系。方法選擇我院CAPD患者22例,檢測其C-反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP),血紅蛋白(Hb),三酰甘油(TG),總膽固醇(Tch),血肌酐(Scr)及白蛋白(Alb)的水平。根據(jù)CRP水平將其分為CRP8 mg/L和CRP≤8 mg/L兩組,并觀察兩組CRP水平與營養(yǎng)狀況之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果血漿CRP8 mg/L患者的血紅蛋白,白蛋白均低于CRP≤8 mg/L組,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論 CAPD患者存在微炎癥狀態(tài),CRP是微炎癥狀態(tài)較好的預(yù)測指標(biāo),在患者的營養(yǎng)不良及貧血中起重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between plasma C reactive protein (CRP) and nutritional status in patients with long-term ambulatory Peritoneal Penetration (continuous-ambulatory-peritoneal dialysis,CAPD).
