【摘要】：正一、病例摘要患者女,48歲,主因"咳嗽漏尿伴尿急3年余,加重2 年"于2015-05-11入院�；颊�3年前開始出現(xiàn)重體力勞動及情緒激動后漏尿,伴白天排尿次數(shù)增多,夜尿,偶有尿急,不能憋尿。近兩年來上述癥狀加重,白天排尿次數(shù)8 次以上,夜尿2次,尿急每日約1次,急迫性尿失禁一日1次,膀胱過度活動癥(OAB)評分9分:白天排尿次數(shù)1分,夜尿2分,尿急3分,急迫性尿失禁3分。無盆腔器官脫垂表現(xiàn)。一小時尿墊試驗結(jié)果為31.5 g,符合重度壓力性尿失禁(SUI)。尿動力試驗提示膀胱容量增大,感覺容受性正常,最大尿道內(nèi)壓94 cm H_2O,腹壓漏尿點壓
[Abstract]:The female patient, 48 years old, was admitted to hospital in 2015 / 05 because of cough leakage with urination urgency for more than 3 years and aggravation for 2 years. Three years ago, the patient began to leak urine after heavy physical labor and emotional excitement, with the increase of urination times during the day, nocturnal urination, occasionally urgent urine, can not hold urine. In the past two years, the above symptoms were aggravated, including more than 8 times of urination during the day, 2 times of nocturnal urination, about once a day of urination, once a day of urgent urinary incontinence, 9 points of (OAB) score of bladder hyperactivity, 1 score of urination times during the day, 2 points of nocturnal urination, 3 points of urgent urinary incontinence.
