【摘要】：目的:探討實(shí)時(shí)熒光RNA恒溫?cái)U(kuò)增檢測(cè)(SAT)在男性不育患者精液標(biāo)本中檢測(cè)解脲脲原體(UU)的效果和臨床意義。方法:收集2015年3~9月精液標(biāo)本共662例,其中不育患者542例(不育組),已生育生殖健康檢查人群標(biāo)本120例(生育對(duì)照組),分別用培養(yǎng)法和SAT法同時(shí)檢測(cè)以上標(biāo)本。結(jié)果:培養(yǎng)法陽(yáng)性的標(biāo)本(除4例假陽(yáng)性標(biāo)本除外)SAT法檢測(cè)全為陽(yáng)性,其中不育組培養(yǎng)法與SAT法UU檢出率分別為19.7%與54.1%(P0.05),生育對(duì)照組為12.5%與42.5%(P0.05)。用SAT法檢測(cè)不育組和生育對(duì)照組其陽(yáng)性率分別為51.4%和42.5%(P0.05),而用培養(yǎng)法檢測(cè)不育組和生育對(duì)照組的陽(yáng)性率分別為19.7%和12.5%(P0.05)。SAT法和培養(yǎng)法的檢出率分別為52.0%和18.4%(P0.05),兩種檢測(cè)方法的總符合率為53.2%。結(jié)論:SAT技術(shù)可快速、準(zhǔn)確檢測(cè)UU的RNA,是未來(lái)發(fā)展方向,而培養(yǎng)法設(shè)備要求低,操作簡(jiǎn)單,可做藥敏試驗(yàn),應(yīng)根據(jù)臨床需要,靈活選用,提高UU的診治水平。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effect and clinical significance of real-time fluorescence RNA constant temperature amplification for detection of Ureaplasma Urealyticum (UU) in semen samples of infertile men. Methods: a total of 662 semen samples were collected from March to September in 2015, including 542 infertile patients (infertility group) and 120 reproductive health check group (fertility control group). The above samples were detected by culture method and SAT method respectively. Results: all the positive samples (except 4 false positive samples) were positive by SAT method, and the positive rate of UU by culture method and SAT method were 19.7% and 54.1% (P0.05) in infertile group, respectively. The fertility control group was 12.5% and 42.5% (P0.05). The positive rate was 51.4% in infertile group and 42.5% in fertility control group by SAT method (P0.05). The positive rates were 19.7% and 12.5% in infertile group and fertility control group by culture method (P0.05) (52.0% and 18.4% by). SAT method and culture method respectively, P0.05), and the positive rate by culture method was 19.7% and 12.5% respectively (P0.05). The total coincidence rate of the two methods was 53.2%. Conclusion: the rapid and accurate detection of RNA, of UU by SAT technique is the developing direction in the future, but the culture method has the advantages of low equipment requirement, simple operation and drug sensitivity test. It should be selected flexibly according to the clinical needs to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of UU.
