腎移植受者血清可溶性HLA-G和可溶性CD30的水平與移植術(shù)后時(shí)間相關(guān)

【摘要】:目的研究腎移植受者術(shù)后不同時(shí)間血清可溶性人類白細(xì)胞抗原G(s HLA-G)和可溶性CD30(s CD30)的水平變化,探討血清s HLA-G和s CD30的表達(dá)與腎移植術(shù)后時(shí)間的關(guān)系。方法選取11例腎移植受者,并募集10例健康供者作為對(duì)照組,分別檢測術(shù)前及腎移植術(shù)后1年內(nèi)s HLA-G和s CD30水平的動(dòng)態(tài)變化;選取33例移植腎功能正常受者,按照移植術(shù)后時(shí)間分為術(shù)后≤5年組、5年術(shù)后時(shí)間≤10年組、術(shù)后10年組,觀察血清s HLA-G和s CD30在術(shù)后1年以上的水平。結(jié)果腎移植受者術(shù)前血清s HLA-G水平與對(duì)照組、術(shù)后1周、術(shù)后1月的水平相當(dāng);術(shù)后3月血清s HLA-G水平高于術(shù)后1月;術(shù)后3、6、12月三組之間s HLA-G水平無顯著變化;術(shù)后10年組顯著高于術(shù)后≤5年組。血清s HLA-G水平與腎移植術(shù)后時(shí)間顯著相關(guān)。術(shù)前s CD30水平高于正常對(duì)照組,術(shù)后1周較術(shù)前降低,術(shù)后1月較術(shù)后1周降低。術(shù)后1、3、6、12月之間及術(shù)后≤5年組、5年術(shù)后時(shí)間≤10年組、術(shù)后10年組之間s CD30水平無明顯變化。s CD30水平僅與腎移植術(shù)后1月內(nèi)時(shí)間顯著相關(guān)。結(jié)論移植腎功能正常受者血清s HLA-G水平隨著腎移植術(shù)后時(shí)間的延長而升高,而血清s CD30水平在腎移植術(shù)后1月內(nèi)隨時(shí)間延長而降低。
