【摘要】：目的研究腎移植受者術后不同時間血清可溶性人類白細胞抗原G(s HLA-G)和可溶性CD30(s CD30)的水平變化,探討血清s HLA-G和s CD30的表達與腎移植術后時間的關系。方法選取11例腎移植受者,并募集10例健康供者作為對照組,分別檢測術前及腎移植術后1年內s HLA-G和s CD30水平的動態(tài)變化;選取33例移植腎功能正常受者,按照移植術后時間分為術后≤5年組、5年術后時間≤10年組、術后10年組,觀察血清s HLA-G和s CD30在術后1年以上的水平。結果腎移植受者術前血清s HLA-G水平與對照組、術后1周、術后1月的水平相當;術后3月血清s HLA-G水平高于術后1月;術后3、6、12月三組之間s HLA-G水平無顯著變化;術后10年組顯著高于術后≤5年組。血清s HLA-G水平與腎移植術后時間顯著相關。術前s CD30水平高于正常對照組,術后1周較術前降低,術后1月較術后1周降低。術后1、3、6、12月之間及術后≤5年組、5年術后時間≤10年組、術后10年組之間s CD30水平無明顯變化。s CD30水平僅與腎移植術后1月內時間顯著相關。結論移植腎功能正常受者血清s HLA-G水平隨著腎移植術后時間的延長而升高,而血清s CD30水平在腎移植術后1月內隨時間延長而降低。
[Abstract]:Aim to study the changes of serum soluble human leukocyte antigen (G (s HLA-G) and soluble CD30 (s CD30) levels in renal transplant recipients at different time points, and to explore the relationship between the expression of serum s HLA-G and s CD30 and the time after renal transplantation. Methods 11 renal transplant recipients and 10 healthy donors were recruited as control group.
