【摘要】：正附睪囊腫約占附睪腫塊的20%~([1]),在臨床上并不常見,但是術(shù)前常易誤診其他疾病。診斷附睪囊腫目前主要依靠觸診和B超檢查,缺乏一種直視下診斷方法。隨著微創(chuàng)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,陰囊鞘膜腔因其特殊解剖結(jié)構(gòu),為內(nèi)窺鏡提供了觀察和操作空間。陰囊鏡手術(shù)最早由Shafik等~([2])提出,是一種利用內(nèi)鏡診斷
[Abstract]:Positive epididymal cyst accounts for about 20% of epididymal masses. It is not common in clinic, but it is easy to misdiagnose other diseases before operation. At present, the diagnosis of epididymal cyst mainly depends on palpation and B-ultrasound examination, and lack of a direct vision diagnosis method. With the development of minimally invasive technique, scrotal sheath cavity provides space for observation and operation of endoscopy because of its special anatomical structure. Scrotum endoscopic surgery was first proposed by Shafik et al. [2]. It is a kind of diagnosis by endoscopy.
