【摘要】：目的:探討HER-2、△NP63在膀胱尿路上皮癌中的表達與患者臨床病理特征的關系。方法:收集58例術后確診為膀胱尿路上皮癌及10例正常膀胱粘膜病理切片,應用免疫組化技術,檢測HER-2及△NP63蛋白的表達,分析其與患者的臨床病理特征的關系。結果:1、膀胱癌組織中HER-2和△NP63的陽性表達率分別為60.3%,86.2%,均明顯高于正常膀胱組織(p0.05)。2、HER-2的陽性表達率和表達強度均隨腫瘤的病理分級升高及臨床分期增高逐漸增強,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(p0.05)�！鱊P63陽性表達率只與病理分級相關,隨著病理分級的升高而增強(p0.05),表達率和表達強度與膀胱癌的臨床分期間無顯著性差異(p0.05)。3、HER-2和△NP63的陽性表達率呈正相關(p0.05),但兩者與患者的年齡、性別、腫瘤大小及數目無明顯相關(p0.05)。結論:HER-2與△NP63表達增強可能對膀胱癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展起著促進的作用,聯(lián)合檢測更有助于對膀胱尿路上皮癌的臨床分期的判斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of HER-2 and TNP63 in the bladder urothelial carcinoma and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients. Methods:58 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 10 normal bladder mucosa pathological sections were collected, and the expression of HER-2 and pNPY 63 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the relationship with the clinical and pathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of HER-2 and HER-2 in bladder cancer tissues were 60.3% and 86.2%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (p0.05). The positive expression rate of PNP63 was related to the pathological grade, and with the increase of the pathological grade (p0.05), the expression rate and the expression intensity were not significantly different (p0.05). The positive expression rate of HER-2 and pNPY 63 was positively correlated (p0.05), but both were related to the age and sex of the patient. There was no significant correlation between the size and number of the tumor (p0.05). Conclusion: The expression of HER-2 and NPY 63 may play an important role in the development of bladder cancer.
