【摘要】：目的:探討抗磷脂酶A2受體抗體檢測在特發(fā)性膜性腎病人腎組織及血液中的表達價值。方法:選擇特發(fā)性膜性腎病50例作為特發(fā)性膜性腎病組,非特發(fā)性膜性腎病50例作為非特發(fā)性膜性腎病組,體檢健康者50例作為健康對照組,都進行腎功能常規(guī)指標(biāo)的檢測、抗磷脂酶A2受體(PLA2R)抗體的血清ELISA法檢測和腎組織的免疫組化分析。結(jié)果:特發(fā)性膜性腎病組和非特發(fā)性膜性腎病組的血清血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(CREA)、血尿酸(UA)和血清白蛋白(ALB)值與健康對照組對比有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。ELISA法檢測顯示PLA2R在特發(fā)性膜性腎病組、非特發(fā)性膜性腎病組和健康對照組中的表達量分別為(834.24±133.33)ng/L、(145.93±103.88)ng/L和(25.02±11.98)ng/L;PLA2R在特發(fā)性膜性腎病組、非特發(fā)性膜性腎病組和健康對照組中的表達陽性率分別為68.0%、16.0%和0.0%(P0.05)。在特發(fā)性膜性腎病患者中,Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期患者的PLA2R表達陽性率分別為53.3%、80.0%和100.0%,PLA2R表達陽性率與病理分期存在明顯正相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:特發(fā)性膜性腎病人伴隨有明顯的腎功能異常,腎組織及血液中的抗磷脂酶A2受體抗體檢測都呈現(xiàn)高表達狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of anti phospholipase A 2 receptor antibody in renal tissue and blood of idiopathic membranous kidney patients. Methods: 50 cases of idiopathic membranous nephropathy were selected as idiopathic membranous nephropathy group, 50 cases of non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy group as non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy group and 50 healthy persons as healthy control group. Detection of anti phospholipase A 2 receptor (PLA2R) antibody by serum ELISA assay and immunohistochemical analysis of renal tissue. Results: serum urea nitrogen (BUN),) and serum creatinine (CREA),) in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy and non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy were studied. The serum uric acid (UA) and serum albumin (ALB) levels were significantly higher than those in the healthy control group (P0.05). ELISA test showed that PLA2R was in the idiopathic membranous nephropathy group. The expression levels in non-idiopathic membranous nephropathy group and healthy control group were (834.24 鹵133.33) ng/L, (145.93 鹵103.88) ng/L and (25.02 鹵11.98) ng/L;, respectively.
