【摘要】：正重復(fù)輸精管畸形是男性生殖系統(tǒng)比較罕見(jiàn)的先天性畸形,分為假性和真性重復(fù)畸形。因?yàn)槭呛币?jiàn)的疾病,在臨床工作當(dāng)中常被忽視,現(xiàn)將我院于2016年1月收治的1例術(shù)前誤診的單側(cè)重復(fù)輸精管畸形,結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)資料,對(duì)其胚胎來(lái)源、誤診原因及診治方法,加以討論。1臨床資料患者,男,24歲,以發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)陰囊腫物3年為主訴于2016年1月16日入院。于3年前始發(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)陰囊有1 cm×1 cm大小類(lèi)圓形腫物,無(wú)觸痛,腫物
[Abstract]:Positive duplication of the vas deferens is a rare congenital malformation of the male reproductive system, which is divided into false and true duplication deformity. Because it is a rare disease, it is often neglected in clinical work. In January 2016, 1 cases of unilateral repeated deferent malformation, which were misdiagnosed before operation, were treated in our hospital. As a result of the diagnosis and treatment, the.1 clinical data patient, male, 24 years old, was admitted to hospital for 3 years on the left scrotal mass in January 16, 2016. 3 years ago, the left scrotum was found to have 1 cm * 1 cm round mass, no pain, and a swelling.
