【摘要】：目的探究正在接受血液透析和將要接受血液透析服務(wù)的終末期腎病患者對(duì)透析中心各項(xiàng)服務(wù)的重視程度及其影響因素,為透析中心的服務(wù)提升提出有針對(duì)性的建議。方法采用問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括病人對(duì)透析中心的技術(shù)、便捷性、經(jīng)濟(jì)性、連續(xù)性、美譽(yù)度、硬件和組織形式等方面的需求。采取便利抽樣方法,選取廣州市三級(jí)醫(yī)院和二級(jí)醫(yī)院各一家,共計(jì)100名患者,最終有效問卷97份。以描述性研究、方差分析、有序多分類Logistic回歸的方法進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果患者對(duì)醫(yī)療技術(shù)水平、經(jīng)濟(jì)性和便捷性三個(gè)維度的重要程度評(píng)分分別為4.4、4.2和3.5(滿分5分),而且評(píng)分不受其他因素影響�；颊邔�(duì)透析中心的服務(wù)連續(xù)性、美譽(yù)度、硬件和組織形式的重視程度的評(píng)分低于上述三個(gè)維度,且受到患者的透析經(jīng)歷、所在透析醫(yī)院的等級(jí)、患者的收入水平等因素的影響。結(jié)論在保證醫(yī)療技術(shù)水平、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)性和便捷性的前提下,根據(jù)對(duì)患者的不同特征提供其側(cè)重點(diǎn)不同的服務(wù),以提高透析中心質(zhì)量,達(dá)到患者的需求。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the importance and influencing factors of end-stage nephropathy patients undergoing hemodialysis and hemodialysis services, and to put forward some suggestions for the improvement of hemodialysis centers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the needs of the patients for dialysis centers in terms of technology, convenience, economy, continuity, reputation, hardware and organizational form. A total of 100 patients were selected and 97 valid questionnaires were obtained. Descriptive analysis, ANOVA and ordered multi-classification Logistic regression were used to analyze. Results the scores of the patients' importance to the three dimensions of medical technology level, economy and convenience were 4.4 and 3.5 respectively (the full score was 5 and the score was not affected by other factors). The scores of service continuity, reputation, hardware and organizational form of dialysis center were lower than those of the above three dimensions, and were influenced by the dialysis experience, the grade of the dialysis hospital and the income level of the patients. Conclusion in order to improve the quality of dialysis centers and meet the needs of patients, we can provide different services according to different characteristics of patients on the premise of ensuring the level of medical technology, economy of service and convenience.
