【摘要】：目的觀察復(fù)方玄駒膠囊聯(lián)合富硒大蒜粉口服治療少精弱精癥的效果。方法選擇少精弱精癥導(dǎo)致男性不育患者92例,將其隨機(jī)分為富硒大蒜組(24例)、復(fù)方玄駒組(32例)、聯(lián)合組(36例)。富硒大蒜組口服恩施富硒大蒜粉,40 g/次,2次/d;復(fù)方玄駒組口服復(fù)方玄駒膠囊,1.26 g/次,3次/d;聯(lián)合組同時口服恩施富硒大蒜粉(40 g/次,2次/d)與復(fù)方玄駒膠囊(1.26 g/次,3次/d);3組均治療3個月。治療前后比較3組精液量、精液液化時間、精子密度、精子活動力(a級精子比例、a+b級精子比例)、精子存活率及精子形態(tài)正常患者比例,并評定臨床療效。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組、復(fù)方玄駒組治療后精液量、精液液化時間、精子密度、a級精子比例、a+b級精子比例、精子形態(tài)正常患者比例較治療前高(P均0.05),富硒大蒜組精液液化時間、a級精子比例較治療前高(P均0.05),聯(lián)合組治療后精液量、精子密度、a級精子比例、精子形態(tài)正�；颊弑壤^復(fù)方玄駒組、富硒大蒜組高(P均0.05)。聯(lián)合組、復(fù)方玄駒組、富硒大蒜組臨床總有效率分別為91.7%、87.5%、62.5%,3組兩兩相比P均0.05。結(jié)論復(fù)方玄駒膠囊聯(lián)合富硒大蒜粉口服治療少精弱精癥效果好。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of compound Xuanju capsule combined with rich selenium garlic powder on oligozoospermia. Methods 92 cases of male infertility caused by oligospermia and asthenospermia were randomly divided into three groups: Se-rich garlic group (n = 24), compound Xuanju group (n = 32) and combined group (n = 36). Selenium-enriched garlic group took 40 g / twice a day of Enshi garlic powder enriched with selenium; compound Xuanju group took 1.26 g of compound Xuanju capsule every 3 times a day; the combined group took 40 g of selenium rich garlic powder / twice a day at the same time; and compound Xuanju capsule 1.26 g / time 3 times a day. All three groups were treated for 3 months. Before and after treatment, the semen volume, semen liquefaction time, sperm density, sperm motility and motility were compared between the three groups. Results in the combined group, the semen volume, semen liquefaction time, sperm density, sperm density and sperm percentage of grade A and B were increased after treatment in the compound Xuanju group. The percentage of patients with normal sperm morphology was higher than that before treatment (P = 0.05), semen liquefaction time of rich selenium garlic group was higher than that of pre-treatment group (P = 0.05), spermatozoa volume and sperm density in combination group were higher than those before treatment, and the percentage of spermatozoa of group A was higher than that of group B (P < 0.05). The percentage of patients with normal sperm morphology was higher than that of compound Xuanju group, and that of garlic rich in selenium group was 0.05% higher than that of compound Xuanju group. The total clinical effective rates of the combined group, the compound Xuanju group and the rich selenium garlic group were 91.7% and 87.5%, respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusion compound Xuanju capsule combined with rich selenium garlic powder is effective in treating oligozoospermia.
