【摘要】：目的探討低壓灌注標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通道經(jīng)皮腎鏡超聲碎石術(shù)治療感染性腎結(jié)石的臨床效果。方法 2013年10月~2015年9月,對42例感染性腎結(jié)石術(shù)前抗感染治療,行低壓(30~50 cm H_2O)灌注經(jīng)皮腎鏡超聲碎石清石術(shù)。11例堅硬、光滑結(jié)石,輔助氣壓彈道碎石,22例行點觸式探針超聲碎石清石,其余9例行原超聲探針?biāo)槭迨�。結(jié)果 40例一期成功手術(shù),2例術(shù)后1個月二期取石。結(jié)石殘留2例,行體外沖擊波碎石和藥物排石治愈。術(shù)中、術(shù)后未出現(xiàn)大出血、鄰近臟器損傷及全身炎癥反應(yīng)綜合征。術(shù)后發(fā)熱6例,體溫均低于38℃。隨訪3~24個月,平均6個月,無結(jié)石殘留和復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論低壓灌注標(biāo)準(zhǔn)通道經(jīng)皮腎鏡超聲碎石清石術(shù)治療感染性結(jié)石安全、高效。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the clinical effect of percutaneous nephrolithotomy by percutaneous nephrolithotomy for the treatment of infectious renal calculi. Methods in September ~2015 October 2013, 42 cases of infectious renal calculi were treated for anti infection before operation, and 30~50 cm H_2O was performed by percutaneous nephrolithotripsy with percutaneous nephrolithotripsy, and.11 was hard, smooth stone, and 22 air pressure ballistic lithotripsy. Routine point touch probe ultrasound lithotripsy was performed in the other 9 cases with original ultrasound probe lithotripsy. Results 40 cases were successfully operated in one stage, 2 cases were treated with stone removal in two stages 1 months after operation. 2 cases of residual stones were cured by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and drug discharge. No massive hemorrhage, adjacent organs injury and systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome were found after operation. The postoperative fever 6 was 6. The body temperature was lower than 38 C. The follow-up period of 3~24 months, average 6 months, no stone residue and recurrence. Conclusion the low pressure perfusion standard channel transdermal renal endoscopic ultrasound lithotripsy is safe and efficient for the treatment of infectious stones.
