【摘要】：目的:比較兩種等離子電極(PKS)在經(jīng)尿道前列腺等離子剜除術(shù)(PKEP)術(shù)中的應(yīng)用效果。方法:以行PKEP的153例良性前列腺增生癥患者為研究對象,患者分為兩組,A組105例,術(shù)中采用環(huán)狀電切電極剜除增生腺瘤;B組48例,術(shù)中采用鏟狀電極剜除增生腺瘤,比較兩組手術(shù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果:在PKEP中B組應(yīng)用的鏟狀電極符合手術(shù)力學(xué)特點,具有良好的操控性和適當(dāng)?shù)臋C械強度,并且電極損耗率明顯下降。結(jié)論:在PKEP中應(yīng)用鏟狀電極操作更為準(zhǔn)確和順暢,更符合PKEP手術(shù)要求,更為安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the effect of two kinds of plasma electrode PKS in transurethral enucleation of prostate (PPH). Methods: one hundred and three patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) undergoing PKEP were divided into two groups: group A (n = 105), group A (n = 105) and group A (n = 105). 48 cases of hyperplastic adenoma were gouged out by circular electrocution electrode during operation, and 48 cases were gouged out by spade electrode during operation. Results: the shovel electrode used in group B in PKEP accorded with the characteristics of surgical mechanics. It has good maneuverability and proper mechanical strength, and the loss rate of electrode is obviously decreased. Conclusion: the operation of shovel electrode in PKEP is more accurate and smooth, meets the requirement of PKEP operation and is more safe.
