【摘要】：目的:觀察益氣養(yǎng)陰、固腎健脾法治療早期糖尿病腎病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)的臨床療效。方法:將符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的DN患者56例隨機(jī)分為治療組(28例)和對(duì)照組(28例),2組均給予飲食控制、降糖等基礎(chǔ)治療,同時(shí)口服福辛普利鈉10 mg每日1次;治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予益氣養(yǎng)陰、固腎健脾中藥口服,療程為12周,并對(duì)患者的尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、腎功能、血脂等進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:2組臨床總體療效比較,治療組總有效率為89.3%,對(duì)照組總有效率為60.7%;治療組患者UAER、SCr、BUN、FBG、HbA1c、TG、TC等指標(biāo)均有明顯改善優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:益氣養(yǎng)陰、固腎健脾法是防治早期糖尿病腎病的有效方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of invigorating qi and nourishing yin and strengthening kidney and spleen in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: 56 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and control group (n = 28). Basic treatment such as hypoglycemia and oral administration of fosinopril 10 mg daily. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for supplementing qi and nourishing yin and strengthening the kidney and spleen for 12 weeks, and the urinary microalbumin excretion rate of the patients was determined by UAERN and renal function. Results compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 89.3 and the total effective rate of the control group was 60.7. The method of strengthening kidney and invigorating spleen is an effective method to prevent and cure early diabetic nephropathy.
