【摘要】：正起源于前列腺的囊性上皮腫瘤非常罕見,目前尚未定義其完整的組織學(xué)譜系�，F(xiàn)介紹8例前列腺囊性腫瘤,包括1例巨大的多房囊腺瘤及7例囊腺癌。作者根據(jù)不同的臨床表現(xiàn)將囊腺癌分為"巨大多房"囊腺癌(3例)"微小"囊腺癌(4例),前者臨床上表現(xiàn)為明顯的囊性腫物。1例發(fā)生于55歲男性患者的囊腺瘤,表現(xiàn)為直徑11 cm的多房囊性盆腔腫
[Abstract]:It originated in the prostate cystic epithelial tumor is very rare, has not yet defined its complete histologic spectrum. This paper introduces 8 cases of prostatic cystic tumors, including 1 cases of huge multilocular cystadenomas and 7 cases of cystadenocarcinoma. The cystadenocarcinoma is divided into "vast multilocular" cystadenocarcinoma according to different clinical manifestations (3 cases) "small" cystadenocarcinoma (4 cases), the clinical manifestations of cystic masses of.1 cases was made in a 55 year old male patients with cystadenoma showed multilocular cystic pelvic swelling with diameter of 11 cm
