【摘要】：慢性腎臟病(CKD)患者普遍存在認(rèn)知障礙,為患者帶來諸多不良后果。盡管目前已有不少研究對(duì)CKD患者的認(rèn)知障礙的機(jī)制進(jìn)行探索,發(fā)現(xiàn)血管病變是最主要的機(jī)制之一,但仍需要更大樣本、更多中心的研究及更長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的隨訪來證實(shí)。臨床醫(yī)師應(yīng)關(guān)注CKD患者的認(rèn)知障礙,探尋可能的治療手段,并進(jìn)行針對(duì)性干預(yù)以改善患者的生活質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Cognitive impairment is common in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD), which brings many adverse consequences to patients. Although many studies have been done to explore the mechanism of cognitive impairment in patients with CKD, it has been found that vascular disease is one of the most important mechanisms. But a larger sample, more center studies and longer follow-up are needed. Clinicians should focus on cognitive impairment in patients with CKD, explore possible treatments, and make targeted interventions to improve patients' quality of life.
