大鼠hs-CRP水平與動脈粥樣硬化性腎病病程的關系

【摘要】:目的研究主要通過構(gòu)建動脈粥樣硬化性腎病模型,分別檢測兩組大鼠hs-CRP及腎功能(BUN、CREA)水平,了解大鼠hs-CRP水平與動脈粥樣硬化性腎病病程的關系。 方法選取40只健康成年雄性Wistar大鼠,將其隨機分為2組:對照組和模型組(動脈粥樣硬化性腎病組,AS組),對照組20只,模型組20只,造模組采用高脂飼料喂養(yǎng)+維生素D3腹腔注射方法構(gòu)建動脈粥樣硬化性腎病大鼠模型,造模周期為12周。各組分別于造模0周、造模6周、造模12周采集血標本測定血脂四項、腎功能(肌酐、尿素氮)及hs-CRP水平;造模結(jié)束后處死大鼠,制作主動脈、腎動脈及腎組織切片觀察病理變化。 結(jié)果造模6周及12周模型組血清hs-CRP水平分別為0.015±0.002、0.032±0.006,均高于對照組(P0.05);6周模型組尿素氮及肌酐分別為10.33±0.81、46.8±1.3,12周模型組尿素氮及肌酐分別為12.58±0.48、72.4±2.2,均明顯高于對照組(P0.05);且6周和12周hs-CRP與BUN、CREA均呈顯著正相關,6周r分別為0.606、0.947(P0.01),12周r分別為0.911、0.945(P0.01)。 結(jié)論同一時期中,模型組較對照組血清hs-CRP含量增高,hs-CRP水平與腎功能指標呈顯著正相關,隨著hs-CRP的升高,血清尿素氮、肌酐含量隨之升高,hs-CRP水平與動脈粥樣硬化性腎病病程相關,hs-CRP值越高病情越重。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the relationship between hs-CRP level and the course of atherosclerotic nephropathy (Atherosclerosis nephropathy) in two groups by measuring the levels of hs-CRP and renal function BUNCREAA. Methods Forty healthy adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: control group and model group (atherosclerotic nephropathy group, control group, control group, model group, n = 20). The rat model of atherosclerotic nephropathy was established by intraperitoneal injection of vitamin D _ 3 with high fat diet. The model period was 12 weeks. The blood samples were collected at 0 weeks, 6 weeks and 12 weeks to determine the blood lipid in each group. Renal function (creatinine, urea nitrogen) and hs-CRP level, the rats were killed after model making, and the pathological changes of aorta, renal artery and renal tissue were observed. Results the serum hs-CRP levels in the model group were 0.015 鹵0.002 鹵0.032 鹵0.006, respectively, which were higher than those in the control group at 6 weeks (P 0.05) and the levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine in the model group were 10.33 鹵0.81C, 46.8 鹵1.3N and 12.58 鹵0.4872.4 鹵2.2respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the control group at 6 weeks and 6 weeks, respectively, and the levels of creatinine in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group at the 6th week and the 6th week, and the creatinine levels in the model group were 12.58 鹵0.4872.4 鹵2.2, respectively. At 12 weeks, there was a significant positive correlation between hs-CRP and BUNA at 6 weeks (r = 0. 606, P 0. 047, P 0. 01, P 0. 01, r = 0. 911, P 0. 045, P 0. 01, r = 0. 911, P 0. 01, P 0. 01, respectively). Conclusion in the same period, the level of serum hs-CRP in the model group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the level of hs-CRP was positively correlated with the renal function index. With the increase of hs-CRP, the serum urea nitrogen level was significantly increased. Creatinine content increased and the level of hs-CRP was associated with the course of atherosclerotic nephropathy. The higher the level of hs-CRP was, the more serious the disease was.
