【摘要】：目的探討經(jīng)尿道前列腺切除術(shù)后尿路感染的原因,并觀察采用0.25%聚維酮碘膀胱灌注預(yù)防的效果,以期提高臨床診治水平。方法選取2010年2月-2014年1月106例經(jīng)尿道前列腺切除術(shù)后感染患者為研究對(duì)象,分析術(shù)后感染的危險(xiǎn)因素,將感染患者分成對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組各53例,對(duì)照組采用生理鹽水灌注,觀察組采用0.25%聚維酮碘膀胱灌注治療,觀察治療后相關(guān)指標(biāo)變化。結(jié)果對(duì)照組患者術(shù)后第1天白細(xì)胞升高、拔管后尿培養(yǎng)陽性、拔管后尿白細(xì)胞≥10/HP發(fā)生率分別為50.94%、24.53%、22.64%,觀察組分別為35.85%、18.87%、13.20%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);經(jīng)logostic多因素分析顯示,糖尿病、術(shù)前留置導(dǎo)尿、術(shù)前未應(yīng)用抗菌藥物是造成術(shù)后尿路感染的危險(xiǎn)因素,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而與年齡、高血壓病無關(guān)。結(jié)論聚維酮碘膀胱灌注能有效地預(yù)防治療尿道前列腺切除術(shù)后尿路感染發(fā)生率,且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the causes of urinary tract infection after transurethral prostatectomy and to observe the effect of 0.25% povidone iodine on the prevention of urinary tract infection. Methods 106 patients with infection after transurethral prostatectomy were selected from February 2010 to January 2014 to analyze the risk factors of postoperative infection. The infected patients were divided into control group and observation group with 53 cases in each group. The control group was perfused with normal saline and the observation group was treated with 0.25% povidone iodine intravesical perfusion.
