【摘要】：目的:觀察兔輸尿管部分梗阻后基礎腎功能的變化特點。方法:30只成年健康日本大耳白兔分為對照組6只和梗阻組24只。采用套管法制作右輸尿管部分梗阻模型,據(jù)梗阻時間均分為4組,即梗阻7、14、28和56 d組。以腎動態(tài)顯像測量各組腎小球濾過率(GFR),分析其腎功能與梗阻時間的關(guān)系,并觀察健側(cè)腎臟功能的變化。結(jié)果:(1)對照組雙腎GFR比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(t=-0.145,P=0.894);梗阻組右腎GFR均低于左腎(P0.05)。(2)右腎GFR比較,梗阻7 d組與對照組差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=5.066,P=0.001),梗阻7、14、28、56 d組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。(3)左腎GFR比較,對照組、梗阻7、14、28、56 d組間差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 :單側(cè)輸尿管部分梗阻后,梗阻腎臟的功能呈現(xiàn)先期大幅度下降之后趨于穩(wěn)定的變化特征,健側(cè)腎臟的基礎腎功能未見代償。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the changes of basic renal function after partial ureteral obstruction in rabbits. Thirty healthy Japanese rabbits were divided into control group (n = 6) and obstruction group (n = 24). According to the time of obstruction, the patients were divided into 4 groups, namely 7145d and 56d. The glomerular filtration rate (GFRV) was measured by dynamic renal imaging, and the relationship between the renal function and the time of obstruction was analyzed. The changes of renal function in healthy side were observed. Results there was no significant difference in GFR between the two kidneys in the control group. The GFR of the right kidney in the obstruction group was lower than that in the left kidney (P 0.05). The GFR of the right kidney was significantly higher in the obstruction group than that in the control group on the 7th day (P < 0.05). The difference between the obstruction group and the control group was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in GFR of left kidney between the two groups (P < 0.05). In the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). In the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: after unilateral partial ureteral obstruction, the function of the obstructed kidney decreased significantly and then tended to change steadily. The basic renal function of the healthy kidney was not compensated.
