【摘要】：目的:探討在胃腸道腫瘤患者實(shí)施腹腔熱灌注化療(IPHC)圍術(shù)期中應(yīng)用右美托咪定的臨床效果。方法:選擇2014年3月至2015年6月在本院接受IPHC的60例胃腸道腫瘤患者作為觀察對(duì)象,按照圍術(shù)期中右美托咪定應(yīng)用劑量的不同將患者分為對(duì)照組(低劑量0.2μg/kg,n=30)、觀察組(高劑量0.5μg/kg,n=30),對(duì)比分析兩組患者術(shù)中生命體征變化、麻醉效果等。結(jié)果:觀察組麻醉優(yōu)良率為100%,明顯高于對(duì)照組的90.00%,患者術(shù)中生命體征更為平穩(wěn),術(shù)后恢復(fù)更快,組間差異比較存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在胃腸道腫瘤患者接受IPHC的圍術(shù)期使用不同劑量右美托咪定,可取得良好的麻醉、鎮(zhèn)靜效果,且高劑量效果更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of dexmetomide during perioperative period of intraperitoneal hyperthermic infusion chemotherapy (IPHC) in patients with gastrointestinal tumors. Methods: from March 2014 to June 2015, 60 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who received IPHC in our hospital were divided into control group (low dose 0.2 渭 g / kg,n=30) and observation group (high dose 0.5 渭 g / kg,n=30). The changes of vital signs and anesthetic effect between the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: the excellent and good rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 100%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.00%). The vital signs of the patients during operation were more stable and recovered faster after operation. There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: different doses of dexmetomide can be used in patients with gastrointestinal tumors during perioperative period of IPHC, and good anesthesia and sedation effect can be obtained, and the effect of high dose is better.
