【摘要】：目的:分析右美托咪啶聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼在全身麻醉中的臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法:收集需進(jìn)行全身麻醉手術(shù)的94例患者為研究對(duì)象,將其隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,觀察組給予右美托咪啶聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼麻醉,對(duì)照組給予瑞芬太尼聯(lián)合丙泊酚進(jìn)行麻醉,對(duì)比分析兩組患者麻醉誘導(dǎo)前、麻醉2 min后、拔管時(shí)、拔管后20 min其平均動(dòng)脈壓(MAP)、心率(HR)及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:與麻醉誘導(dǎo)前比較,兩組患者麻醉2 min后、拔管時(shí)、拔管后20 min等時(shí)間點(diǎn)MAP、HR差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);且拔管時(shí)及拔管后20 min兩組患者M(jìn)AP、HR差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為8.51%,低于對(duì)照組的25.53%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:右美托咪啶聯(lián)合瑞芬太尼在全身麻醉中的臨床應(yīng)用效果顯著,建議在臨床上推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of dexmetomidine combined with remifentanil in general anesthesia. Methods: 94 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was anesthetized with right metomidate combined with remifentanil, and the control group was anesthetized with remifentanil combined with propofol. Before anesthesia induction, after 2 min anesthesia, 20 min after extubation, the mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: compared with those before anesthesia induction, there were significant differences in MAP,HR between the two groups at the time of 2 min, extubation and 20 min after extubation (P 0.05), and there was significant difference in MAP,HR between the two groups at extubation and 20 min after extubation (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.51%, which was lower than that in the control group (25.53%), the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical application of dexmetomidine combined with remifentanil in general anesthesia is effective, and it is suggested that it should be popularized in clinic.
