【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)院計算機、網(wǎng)絡(luò)乃至各種醫(yī)療設(shè)備數(shù)字化的深入發(fā)展,醫(yī)院建設(shè)的重點已從管理信息系統(tǒng)提升到以病人為中心的臨床信息系統(tǒng)。于是在醫(yī)院開展了一個可以定位于醫(yī)院科室級的臨床信息管理系統(tǒng),即手術(shù)麻醉管理系統(tǒng)(AIMS),它能連接手術(shù)室各項監(jiān)測設(shè)備,采集并記錄手術(shù)麻醉過程中的各項監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù),并能提供其他麻醉科臨床診療輔助手段,從而簡化麻醉科日常工作,與醫(yī)院HIS系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行無縫連接,實現(xiàn)"無紙化"操作,最終達(dá)到提高工作效率,強化科室系統(tǒng)化管理的目的。
[Abstract]:With the further development of hospital computer, network and even all kinds of medical equipment digitization, the focus of hospital construction has been promoted from management information system to patient-centered clinical information system. Therefore, a clinical information management system, (AIMS), which can be located at the hospital department level, is carried out in the hospital, which can connect all kinds of monitoring equipment in the operating room, collect and record the monitoring data in the operation anesthesia process, and provide other auxiliary means of clinical diagnosis and treatment in the anesthesiology department, thus simplifying the daily work of the anesthesiology department, seamlessly connecting with the hospital HIS system, and realizing the "paperless" operation. Finally, the purpose of improving work efficiency and strengthening the systematic management of departments is achieved.
