【摘要】：目的探討全身麻醉聯(lián)合硬外膜麻醉在直腸癌根治術(shù)中的麻醉療效。方法選擇收治的直腸癌患者60例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表將其平均分為對照組和觀察組,每組各30例。對照組采用單純?nèi)砺樽矸?觀察組采用硬膜外麻醉聯(lián)合全身麻醉法,對比兩組患者的麻醉效果。結(jié)果觀察組的麻醉療效優(yōu)良率為93.3%,顯著高于對照組的93.3%,兩組對比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在直腸癌根治手術(shù)中使用硬膜外麻醉聯(lián)合全身麻醉臨床效果明顯,安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the anesthetic effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods Sixty patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and observation group (n = 30). The control group was treated with simple general anesthesia, and the observation group was treated with epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia, and the anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared. Results the excellent and good rate of anesthetic effect in the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (93.3%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion epidural anesthesia combined with general anesthesia is effective, safe and reliable in radical resection of rectal cancer.
