【摘要】：正例1:女,59歲,56kg,漢族,因"陣發(fā)性左面部不自主抽搐6年余"入院,術(shù)前診斷為"左側(cè)面肌痙攣",擬全麻下行"左側(cè)面神經(jīng)微血管減壓術(shù)"。術(shù)前病史無特殊,心電圖、胸片、血尿常規(guī)及生化等檢查未見明顯異常,ASAⅠ級。術(shù)前氣道評估:甲頦間距三橫指,張口度大于兩橫指,上下中切牙有兩顆缺損,口咽部Mallampati分級Ⅰ級�；颊呷胧页Ｒ�(guī)
[Abstract]:Case 1: female, 59 years old, 56kg, Han nationality, admitted to hospital for "paroxysmal left facial seizures for more than 6 years", diagnosed as "left facial muscle spasm" before operation, and "left lateral nerve microvascular decompression" under general anesthesia.
